On the 25th of May 2018, the EU law on data protection is changing. As a customer and/or my newsletter subscriber, I want to make sure you are aware of what these changes mean to you (and me).
What data do I hold/collect?
If you have signed up to my newsletter online or in person at an art fair etc, I hold your name and email address and will never pass on this information to any 3rd parties. In case of online customers, I also hold your postal address and telephone number (if applicable), for fulfilling my sales contract to you and sending out the goods you have purchased. None of this information is ever passed on to third parties or external marketing and no payment information, including credit card information is visible to me or stored physically on my site. When you browse my website, certain information (cookies) is collected about your browser etc to enhance the browsing experience and functionality of my website.
What do I send you?
If you have ordered from me, I will send you emails during the order process. I may also ask you to leave feedback on your order, so I can improve my business to provide better products and customer service in the future. If you have signed up to my newsletter, I will send you occasional, engaging information about my art-work, upcoming events and special offers. Hopefully all the things you are interested in, when you signed up to my list in the first place!
Don’t want to hear from me again?
There is an 'Unsubscribe' button at the bottom of every newsletter I send. By clicking that button you will be unsubscribed from my mailing list and all communication from me will stop. Please note that if you have ordered from me, I will still keep you updated in regards to your order.
I may disclose your personal information if I am required by law to do so or if you violate my Terms of Service.
Want to know more?
If you want to access to, or to delete any personal information I hold about you, or require more information, please email me at
