Orders will be sent 1-3 working days from ordering, apart from busier times and bank holidays. The normal method of posting within UK is Royal Mail 1st class, and standard airmail for overseas orders (unless upgraded service is selected.) Within Europe, you have 30 days to return your orders (apart from custom orders and commissions), as long as you notify me within 14 days after ordering that you wish to do so. Return postage is payable by the customer and will not be refunded. Returned items have to be in unused, resellable condition, otherwise a refund may be refused.

During the order process, I will keep you updated about your order via email, during and after the order. I will not use your details for any other purpose, unless you have given me permission to do so.  If you would like to join my mailing list, please use the form on my website to add your details to my database. You can unsubscribe from the mailing  list at any time.
