A beautiful illustration of a mythical creature, Cactus Cat, as known in American South-West folklore. The cactus cat was generally described being a -like creature, covered in hair-like thorns, with particularly long spines extending from the legs and its armored, branching tail. Read more about the legend here.
This is my interpretation of this enchanting cheeky creature, depicted in detail in pencil and digital media.
